Senior Vice President / Team Director

Kristin began her career in hospitality in 1989 as a Convention Manager for Cardiff Publishing Company. While there she managed 5 tradeshows in telecommunications, engineering and healthcare for groups from 500-3500 attendees. She transitioned to the San Jose Convention and Visitors Bureau shortly thereafter and after two years with the San Jose team she returned to Colorado and joined the Denver Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, where she was responsible for booking the Colorado Convention Center and Denver metro hotels. In early 1999, Kristin chose to pursue her career with ConferenceDirect. Her current client list includes the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Entomological Society of America, the American Society of Animal Science and the American Society of Agronomy-Crop Science Society of America-Soil Science Society of America, to name a few.
As Senior Vice President / Team Director she has built a team of 14 associates in Denver, Atlanta, Chicago and Idaho that represent ConferenceDirect. Kristin also employees three staff members who assist her with running her metro-Denver based office. She has been honored with the ConferenceDirect Gold Award, booking over $10 million dollars in room revenue each year for the past two years. She has served on the PCMA Membership Advisory Council and was past Chair of the overall PCMA National Membership Committee. Kristin is also a member of the Colorado Society of Association Executives and served as co-chair of the Membership committee. Convention South voted Kristin one of their “Meeting Planners to Watch” and she also received the “Best Meeting Professional” award from Colorado Meetings and Events magazine.
